Tour Logistics

The logistics and draft budget are based on number of participants in the group. The tour is based on package services, including Half-Board and Full-Board catering, guide service, entrance fees to all sites and museums (as per program) and transportation by comfortable vehicle. The program is flexible according to special demands or remarks.

Accommodation Top class hotels are available only in Tbilisi and Gudauri. We provide 3*, 4* or guesthouses and family type hotels in other locations upon request.

Transportation For inland transportation we provide vehicles with air-conditioner. Type of the vehicle (minibus or full-size bus) depends on a group size.

Staff Cultural Tours Guide – is a person with fluent knowledge of one of foreign languages, culture and good experience.

Season There is no season limit for this program; however the best conditions are from the late March till mid November.

Catering Breakfast is included in all hotels and guesthouses in Tbilisi and outside the city. Dinners are included in all hotels and guesthouses outside Tbilisi. Lunch 3 course meals, 1 bottle of mineral water per person, coffee or tea. In some areas lunch boxes will be provided.

General Information Please, be noted that Tour Operator reserves the right to change the above itinerary if local conditions make this necessary. The tour is not recommended for wheelchairs or those with serious walking difficulties. Some days on this tour are spent at high attitude.
